Hey there, I’m Lisa Zambelli!

A little about me

My name is Lisa Zambelli, and I am your local loan officer! I have been perfecting my craft in the mortgage industry for just about 20 years, and there is no business I’d rather be in. Helping people achieve their dreams of creating generational wealth, buying a home that their family can grow in, a place where their most fond memories can be made is one of my true joys in life.

Buying a home is about more than just your finances. Its about family, and family is SO important to me. Aside from being a loan officer, I am a mother to two beautiful, driven daughters who I am so honored have followed in my footsteps, and work along side me as loan officers themselves. My husband Joe also works in the industry, having been a contractor in the past and currently as a home inspector (The best there is! Expert Home Inspections Inc.). The four of us work closely together every day, a real family business! My most recent title I’ve acquired is Grandma ( I know, right? A Grandma? She looks so young!) to a sweet little boy named Ryder, and another little boy who will be making his arrival in the weeks to come.

To me, purchasing real estate isn’t just about buying 4 walls and a roof. To me, it is buying a place your kids feel safe. It’s buying a place where your family gathers for holidays, or where you deal with the hard stuff. It’s where memories are made that will be remembered through generations.

When working with me, one thing you can expect is constant communication. Not the “oh god she’s calling again” kind of communication, but the kind that lets you know I am busy working for you. Communication is so important in the fast paced mortgage industry. I pride myself on not only the lasting relationships I build with my clients, but more importantly in the clarity I provide to them during a process that can feel very overwhelming; making sure they are comfortable, understand the numbers and what they are signing themselves up for. I really enjoy working with my clients early on, even before they’ve started searching for a home, so that I can help them to optimize their credit scores, and position them in such a way that when they do find a home they love, they are eligible for the best rates possible.

Once my clients find a home and put an offer in, I advocate for them. I will help explain to the sellers the financial strength of my clients and why their offer should be the one accepted. During your preapproval process, my team works hard to secure all necessary documentation so that we can secure you a deal as good as cash!

Throughout my 20 year career as a loan officer, I have built incredible relationships, and have earned the respect of the real estate community by being honest, my value of educating myself on the current market, and overall my belief that no one will work harder than me for my clients. I have built a name for myself in this industry, which now helps my clients acquire the homes they desire because real estate agents know my clients are prepared, and mean business!
